Custom-Made Products
Because custom LED Wall Decor and personalized Copper Art are created specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
